Inspired by consumer tech and storytellers like Christopher Nolan, she blends creativity, strategy, and technology to rethink what insurance can be.

Catch her at ITC Europe on where she’ll share the insights, lessons, and bold ideas shaping the future of the industry

What’s been the most defining moment of your career so far?

Being able to demonstrate that insurance doesn’t have to lag behind innovation — it can lead it.

Moving from seeing insurance as a legacy product to proving it can be a seamless, embedded part of modern life.

One misconception about the industry you’d love to change

That insurance is inherently boring, slow, or impossible to change.

In reality, it’s one of the most important industries to reinvent because it sits at the core of how people manage risk, trust, and resilience.

If you could collaborate with anyone, past or present, who would it be and why?

Christopher Nolan — because redefining insurance requires creative, bold storytelling and emotion just as much as it requires technology and regulation.

What advice would you give to someone entering the field today?

Don’t come into insurance thinking you need to fit into the old system — come in ready to challenge it. This industry needs people who are commercially sharp, technologically fluent, and bold enough to ask why things are still done the way they were decades ago.

One lesson from outside insurance that has shaped how you work

Consumer technology taught me that simplicity is power.

The winners are the ones who remove friction relentlessly — and insurance should be held to exactly the same standard.

The best piece of advice you’ve ever received

Focus on what actually moves the needle.

It sounds simple, but in leadership it’s everything — noise, urgency, and motion can easily distract from real progress.

Something people might be surprised to learn about you

I started INZMO without any background in insurance — my only prior experience was having mandatory MTPL cover. You don’t need to come from inside an industry to reshape it; sometimes not knowing the “rules” is exactly what makes bold change possible.
