Having started her career as an IT developer and consultant, Anna brings over 15 years of experience leading technology‑enabled and organisational transformation across the insurance sector. Her background spans portfolio management, agile and organisational transformation, regulatory programmes and large-scale transformations in Spain, Germany, and international settings.
