Dr. Katja Gerke has been a member of the Executive Board at BavariaDirekt Versicherung AG since April 2025, overseeing Business Intelligence, Data, and Information Technology. Additionally, as Head of Corporate Development, she holds primary responsibility for the corporate strategy process and content. Since 2011, she has held various positions at Versicherungskammer Bayern, including Head of Organizational Development. Education: Ph.D. in Philosophy and Economics (2005-2008), Master's degrees in International Relations (2003-2005) and Insurance Management (Executive Master of Insurance, 2012-2014).
