Sokhiba Mukhitdinova is a multi-lingual British financier and investor from Kazakhstan, currently working as an Investment Principal at InsurTech NY.
She invests in early-stage InsurTech startups, examining how emerging technologies and AI impact the entire insurance supply chain and industry. 
Recognized as a Venture Capital Rising Star by Venture Capital Journal, Sokhiba is an expert and keynote speaker on venture capital strategy, startup investing, and AI-driven financial services across Europe and the US.
Prior to her VC role, she worked at an investment bank in London and Kazakhstan. Her insights address critical themes in venture capital, including AI transformation, capital allocation, and the evolution of InsurTech.
Outside of her VC role, she is an active Angel Investor in the UK, focusing mainly on Female Founders and Climate. She holds an MBA Degree from London Metropolitan University and a Venture Degree from the University of Oxford.
